Small old school single level motel, but it's in beautiful condition, very well maintained and cared for. I got the impression the owners live in the attached home, which is probably why it's so nice. My only actual complaint is the free breakfast was lacking. Cereal, mini pre-packaged cinnamon rolls and mini honey buns, bread to toast, and yogurt. We ended up going to the little family restaurant across the street. Great food and really reasonable prices. I wish this restaurant was in my home town!

Pros: The room was clean. It smelled good immediately upon entry. Quiet. Easy card entry into the room. There was someone at the desk when we arrived and checked out. It was in a convenient location for cave tours. Wifi password was given on our card sleeve, and it seemed pretty quick. Cons (but still all right given the price): They want you to arrive between the hours of 3 pm and 7 pm, and you need to call if you are arriving later. We were given a message from the hotel about this through Expedia about their rules. I've never had a hotel require this before. I expected breakfast to be limited, but there was only an empty jug of milk (so cereal was off the table). All that was provided was Hostess or Little Debbie pastries, bread for toast, apples, or yogurt. Breakfast is from 7 to 9, but they didn't clean it up and posted a sign about not taking anything later, or being charged a $50 fee. This place just has rule vibes everywhere, but it is very clean, and I'll take the rules over bugs.

Overall I think the rooms are good rooms for the price. I do believe that the Continental breakfast offered could be a little better. The comfort of the beds I don't believe are the best either they're really firm other than that it was a really good stay. Checking in as easy and checking out it's easy
