Excellent and world-class staff, environment and ambiance. But breakfasts can be much improved (esp when the fruits are almost always not fresh or even bad). Should have cartoon channels and free daily ice cream for kids (like St. Regis). Meal facilities/qualities should also improved. As well as convenience and methods to make customers more at ease, relaxed and not too up-tight.

Excellent, spacious and comfortable room. Facilities are many, and premises big. The French Restaurant (at the Sharks' Park) is world-class and relatively inexpensive. Staff services in general are excellent (especially Ida of the Butler Department, e.g., without her personal remind, we would have missed the important sky-dive activity and others). But would like to suggest: keep up with the overall maintenance, which is definitely not easy for a 5-, 6-star big premises; and present/explain...

Excellent hotel with amazing view. Feel very welcomed form the beginning to the end.
