「This was an awful experience. We arrived at 3:55 to a room that hadn’t been cleaned… it smelled, there was trash everywhere, bed was a mess, towels all over the bathroom floor. I called and was told the cleaners were running behind and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Wasn’t even offered an apology. 「The front desk clerk on day shift was super helpful and friendly. She recommended restaurants and things to do on the island. Night shift clerk wasn't nearly as friendly. There is very little parking at the hotel and it is tight, not good for big vehicles. Most parking is one street over in the overflow lots. The cleaning staff woke us up well before 8 am talking extremely loud in the hallway repeatedly, not just once. At home we get up early and prefer to be able to sleep in on vacay. ...

「The main room was very small approx. 12x12. with a queen bed. No windows with outside view which felt confining. I thought is was just our room but I was told it is every room. The only "window" is from your bedroom to walkway facing in where everybody walks by. Hence, you have to keep closed with plantation shutters. All day coffee was very good. Good location.
