「Lovely stay and Laurent made it very easy. The upstairs has only 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms and there is a second one downstairs. Great location, the living room furniture needs replacing. Two good bedrooms and two fine for children. The kitchen is well equipped except for cutting knives, there is only a good bread knife. We would take it again, lovely garden and sunroom in charming le Trayas.」

「The apartment was convenient and well equipped. The AC and appliances (including washer and dryer) worked very well. Short walk to the beach and supermarket less than a block away. While some details were not perfect (worn out linens), the customer service offered by the host and overall experience was very positive. A great value for the money!」

「We loved everything about Nice and this rental. Location was amazing! Place was spotless. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Valerie was great and we felt right at home with her. Would highly recommend Old Town and this rental for your next visit. We walked to the beach every evening for a swim as it was very hot while we were there.
