Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique [not so] tiny house. 600sq ft personally designed tiny house on 10 acres. Large wall to wall sliding glass doors make this space feel open & spacious. Wall to Wall Black out curtaings for privacy & peaceful sleeping. Conmunity Outdoor Dining & Firepit looking down into the valley from the highest point in St, Francois County. A place to unwind & relax in the tranquil hills & valleys of French Village. Bring your pup, explore the property, visit the Terrace Winery, play pool at Dori`s Bar & Grill, Go underground into Bonne Terre Mines, Hike Pickle Springs, Spend the day cooling off in the river at St. Francois State Park, Go 4 wheeling at the Old Lead Belt at St. Joe State Park, Star gaze at night with the telescope from your back porch....

GUEST SELF CHECK IN:

- Self Check In. Key Box on property. You will recieve your info via email through your booking website. I will text your code when your tiny house is ready.

- Check in 4pm. I will text you day of when your tiny house is ready for early arrival

- Check out 12noon. Please request late check out the day before. I will honor any way I can :)

- Please text me upon arrival & after you`ve inspected your property so that I know you are completely satisfied.

- Please text me upon departure so that I may notify your housekeeper to prepare for our next guests.



Safety & Security:

- We have a gated secure entrance in addition to security cameras. We have stayed here for 6 years with no incident & we have wonderful neighbors. This is just added to stay this way :)

Cute place

The place is cute as can be. Owner has done a nice job of decorating in a compact space. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks. The linens were plentiful and 5*. Kitchen was well appointed with a combo cooking oven. The place could use a table for eating. What’s there fits 1 nicely. The bathroom was comfortable, although the sink was too tiny to use comfortably. If you’re planning to cook, bring food. The nearest grocery store, 25-30 min drive, is a small local grocery with limited selection. The town was very friendly and had a diner serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. The setting was lovely in a quiet area. View out the back was great. There is no place to hang clothes. There’s a nice sized closet, but it’s full of clean supplies. Finding a way to consolidate to provide a bit of hanging space would be great. TV was great but unless you had good cell service and hot spotted, you’re left with a good supply of older movies. Internet would be a great addition. We found some great hiking trails about 30 minutes drive. The owner was great. She returned a forgotten item. If you’re looking for a cute, clean, secluded getaway for two, I would recommend this place.
