"The New Yorker is a reliable property right in the middle of the city. The rooms are older but larger, the lobby safe and right next to the reliable Tick-Tock Diner which serves good food 24x7. Solid choice."

"The initial bellman was incredibly rude and talked down to me. Bad first impression! Hence, no tip which my friends told me he was mad about! Good! He deserved nothing for treating me like I was stupid! Rest of the stay was great. Love the rotating bar on 48th floor. Rooms were clean but there were no glasses in our room. Didn’t understand that one!"
