"The front desk was nice and helpful. It is an older Inn but just for me it was good enough. The room was clean and the AC worked well. I never did figure out how to turn on the TV lol. "

"The waffle maker was broken it should have been a sign or not even brought out to the breakfast area but the main thing was I was given a second floor room then no sooner do I get there within 20 minutes the elevator breaks goes out of order I'm an elderly woman who uses a cane instead of hit and placement and it's very difficult to walk up and down stairs I don't know how long it was out of service no one informed me whether it fixed or not so I had to walk up and down the stairs"

"It just old needs a remodel. Breakfast needs an upgrade. With this being said it was very quite. Just needs upgrades"

"The staff were just fine. The breakfast adequate and clean serving area. However, the carpet in the hallways and room were at least 50 years old, filthy, ragged, worn and not even flat on the floor. I also had to kill a cockroach in our bathroom. We wouldn't stay there again."

"Absolutely love this property. I visit Fresno every other week, and it has become my absolute favorite place to stay. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience during check-in on my last visit. While I was being assisted, an older staff member, an African American gentleman, on the phone behind the counter, interrupted and spoke to both the front desk associate and me in a very rude manner, using his hands to gesture for us to stop talking and telling us to be quiet. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially during what should have been a welcoming experience. I still truly enjoy this property overall, but I hope management addresses this type of behavior to ensure all guests feel respected and valued from the moment they arrive."
