Summary:
Walking distance to popular Downtown Visalia! 3 bed/ 2 bath fully remodeled home has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the Central Valley.

The Space:
Whether you're visiting the nearby National Parks, in town for an event, or just looking for a Staycation near Visalia's best restaurants, bars, and shopping, this is the best place to kick up your feet at the end of the day. Relax outdoors on the front porch, back patio table, or around the fire pit! A charcoal grill is available, too. The home is equipped with everything you need to whip up gourmet meals and enjoy a fine glass of wine! Featuring tons of character and charm, the home has been recently updated inside and out with California style. Large windows let in tons of natural light. Roomy bedrooms, large closets, and a fully equipped kitchen help accommodate longer stays.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Visalia is a central valley favorite! There is something for all ages: a fantastic children's museum nearby, trendy cool coffee shops, brewerys, restaurants for every budget, the Visalia Fox Theater, the Enchanted Playhouse, a movie theater... the list goes on! Walk down Main Street and pick your favorite restaurants or ask us for some recommendations!

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicles to get around. Lyft and Uber are also available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Please use caution while walking downtown and always use crosswalks and obey traffic laws.

Guests must clean up after themselves if they use the outside space, grill, etc. in the back yard.

Please be respectful of the neighbors- city ordinance quiet time is 10pm-7am.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available between 8am- 9pm.

Visalia

There was a pungent cat urine smell! Especially in the living room. After reporting this to management and requesting a reduction in charges, no reduction was granted. Their offer to remedy the stench was to come clean during our stay…not ok. Me and my 3 guest’s agreed the issue wasn’t going to be fixed by cleaning. We checked out a day early because it was disgusting.
