In Limousin, 4 km from the town of Fresselines at the confluence of 2 hollows (hollow 23).
House 5 rooms, totally independent, on ground 4800m2 fully enclosed with private swimming pool 5x10m heated covered with a high modular shelter which allows to have a water of about 26/28 ° whatever the time, in operation from April 15 to 15 October. The pool is reserved exclusively for the tenants of the house. Depth of the pool is 1.75m maxi in the middle and 1.10m mini level of the stairs.
Ground floor: living room 36m2 with 2 convertible sofa 160x200, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, espresso ...), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 90x190, bathroom (shower), wc.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 90x190, bathroom (shower) with wc sanibroyeur.
Electric heating, washing machine, ironing board, tv, Internet.
Sheltered terrace 18m2, garden shed 36m2, table tennis, table football, billiards, petanque (balls not included), 3x4m offset parasol.
Pets allowed.
In 10mn of the beach of fern (dam of Eguzon).

très bon weekend
La maison est bien agencée et il y a tout ce qu'il faut, nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons profité du babyfoot, du billard, des jeux pour les enfants, l'extérieur est vraiment très agréable, nous reviendrons en été afin de bénéficier de la piscine.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here in April - the house is lovely. Very well equipped, clean, perfect. The garden is just stunning! Lots to keep the children entertained in the games room, plus the covered pool was lovely and warm. We’ve stayed in lots of gites, and this one is by far the best. Wonderful place to come at rest.
This place is amazing. The front of the house does not do justice to the beauty that is covered behind it. The house itself is ok, basically has all the essentials. Of which the washing machine is a nice extra. It is the outside area that is magnificient. Since 99 % of the time we are outside this was superb. The pool has a nice temperature. The garden has a wide variaty of trees and plants which makes it a joy to look. play and sit at. The garden was big enough to play hide and seek which was quite special. Two recommendations I would have : - Bring your own bed linnen since they where not available. - It would help if there was a small brochure in English summering all the highlights and points of attentions. Again many thanks for letting us sleep in this room and having a wonderful holiday. Greetings,
