Beautiful 2-family house, 2 storeys. 500 m from the centre of Rötenbach, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Titisee-Neustadt, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 12 km from the lake. For shared use: property, garden 100 m2 (fenced) with natural pond. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 6.7 km, bakery, café 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Rötenbach Bahnhof" 500 m, railway station "Rötenbach" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, bathing lake "Titisee" 12 km, lake Kirnbergsee 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, walking paths from the house 500 m, cycle lane 300 m, slopes 24 km, ski school 24 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Nearby attractions: Badeparadies Titisee 10 m, Tatzmania Tierpark 6 km, Freiburg 40 km, Donauquelle 25 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg 24 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Titisee 12 km, Schluchsee 18 km, Kirnbergsee 11 km. Hiking paths: Wutachschlucht 20 km, Rötenbachschlucht 3.5 km. Spacious and bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen 15 m2 (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Natural stone floors. Large terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. Baby cot up to 2 years on request. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Super Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung. Super liebe Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar sind. Schöner Garten mit großer Terasse zum draußen entspannen und Spatzen beobachten. Titisee und Schluchsee sind mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, aber auch in Rötenbach kann man sehr schön wandern gehen.
