Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ABER.....

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung ist genauso, wie wir es erwartet haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. ABER: Wir hatten auf Wunsch vom Vermieter vorher eine Kaution überwiesen. Das machte mich schon ein wenig stutzig, da ich die Kaution in vorangegangenen Urlauben bisher immer vor Ort in bar hinterlegen musste. Von der Kaution sollten die Stromgebühren abgezogen werden. Erst auf mehrfaches Nachfragen, wann wir die Kaution zurück erhalten, bekamen wir eine Mail, wo der Restbetrag beziffert stand. Für eine Woche haben wir für 79 KWh 39 Euro bezahlt. Das sind 0,50 Euro pro KWh. Ich denke, das sollte man wissen,bevor man sich für diese Unterkunft entscheidet. Schade,sonst zu empfehlen.
