“It was close to the attractions we were visiting; Rulantica and Europa Park, parking was right outside off street which was good. Has the potential to be a great let but a few things.let it down for us. Cleanliness isnt the best. Under the beds and corners etc were thick of dust. The toilet flush was broken. Some lights didnt work as needed bulb replacing. The heat was intolerable without air con. 2 fans helped but especially for children on the top bunk sleeping was difficult. The shutters……

“Tried to check in early and used help on chat line. Was rerouted several times and never got a straight answer from the remote help desks. We came in 3hrs before check in time. Nothing was resolved on our request for early checkin. I was given a number by help desk to call directly. Same result. Never got to actual reception for an answer.
2 hrs later, after a meal at a restaurant close to the train station we decided to just get to Belvilla. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time… no……

“The hotel is nice, clean, quiet...but the room was unreasonably hot. We had read that the hotel is air conditioned, but our Superior Twin room was not. It was not clear when booking that some rooms are air conditioned and some are not and from reading, it seems that since our room was a Superior, it should have been air conditioned.”
