Wonderful place, very neat and clean. Do need more chairs for the deck, cut some of the bushes looking over the canal (view was kinda blocked) and need a small floating dock or better stairs to get in the water. Too big of a drop to use the kayaks

High On The Hill

Place was good---typical beach house. Little disappointed that the re was no outdoor grill or patio chairs, no TV's in bedroom and minimal silverware.

We were disappointed with this rental, hard to get our vehicle in and out of the driveway, the grass around the house and canal not cut.

Great House

Loved this house because it is tucked away and private. We love to fish from kayaks so wanted something on the water. This one is BUT it is difficult to get in and out. The bottom is thick muck about a foot deep. We had to get really creative to use the kayaks. It looks like there play be plans for adding a dock which would be great. Loved the homey feel of the house and the rock tile in the showers. The dishes were a little sparse but I think it is a brand new rental so I’m sure stuff will get added. Just be aware the driveway is tight for larger vehicles. We had a large SUV and a trailer and we made it work but it was tight. Huge porch is nice. Would have been 5 stars if it had a dock for launching kayaks.

It was nice. Larger than it looks. Was cleanish. Had everything we need. They have added a few outside chairs and a small grill. The deck space was great and the fire pit area was ample. The good. The location was nice. A good amount of space in the house. The water pressure was amazing and the on demand hot water heater was awesome. The bad. Oh boy, dont think about taking more than 1 car. I suggest backing up the driveway. We had 2 cars. A small Toyota truck and a chevy equinox.. nope you could not put them side by side or even pull one out with the other there. The beds were hard memory foam. The pillows all cheap and not even a cover on them. Forget clean blankets. Make sure you take blankets and pillows with you.The yardwork? The grass was about knee deep. Glad I didnt have children with me. Think you will get to relax by the water? Nope. Grass was knee deep there too. Cant someone just run a weedeater or something? Everything in the house and outside seems DIY done and not a single project done all the way. Everything about 90% done. From the painted trim in the sunroom to the flooring missing at the 2nd bedroom door creating a large gap that caught toes and feet. The attic access was creepy. There was a gap of over an inch that the door was cracked. Just dont look up. You could not close the windows enough. It sounded like the windows were wide open, you could hear people talking, the ac running like it was in the bedroom.
