Above average in cleanliness and general appearance of the property. Only issue we had was with the HVAC unit. Never was able to adjust the temperature. Room was on the small size which wasn't a problem for us, but may be for some.

Older property but clean and well kept. Convenient location right off the I-70 and close (7-10 miles) from Breck, Keystone and Copper. Very sweet owners and very accommodating. Nice front desk staff too. Breakfast was hearty. Coffee and tea service available all day. Warm cookies in the afternoon were a nice and hospitable touch.
