Located just a few blocks off Main Street and surrounded by Aspens, this location is perfect. There is a lovely balcony and great views of Frisco’s iconic Mt. Royal. Frisco is truly the heart of Summit County, and right in the middle of our favorite ski resorts. This townhome is a fantastic choice for you, your family and friends!
This warm and bright 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom townhome is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to nine people. Walking into the home, the great room welcomes you with soaring ceilings and plenty of light. The 3-sided fireplace is the showcase in this room; you’ll also love the full kitchen, dining area and family room. There is plenty of seating and a big flat-screen TV to curl up next to after a long day in the mountains. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six at the dining table, plus room for four more at the breakfast bar. The bedrooms are located upstairs, perfectly separating them from the rest of the home.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, washer/dryer and parking for three vehicles, 2 in the garage and 1 outside. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful townhouse with some updates needed
We had an overall good stay at this townhouse, but there were a few drawbacks worth noting. On the positive side, the property was immaculate, and towels were plentiful, which was much appreciated. The big garage was fantastic, and the living room was cozy with a nice fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Its location was also great, with easy walking access to town. Supplies like toilet paper and soap were well-stocked, and management was responsive when we requested additional pillows.However, there were some issues. While we were told the beds were new, the guest bedroom bed had a noticeable valley in the middle, which left one of our guests with a sore back. The kitchen tools, utensils, and appliances felt too old and worn considering our price for the stay. The coffee maker could also use replacement. The showers, particularly in the master bedroom, were quite small. We did report some minor repairs due to the property's age to management—they offered to fix them, but we chose to leave them as is during our stay.If these issues were addressed, this property would truly shine. It’s a decent option for a stay in Frisco, but with room for improvement.

Great location with a lot of space.
We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the guest bed. It was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. The place is a little outdated. They have a ghetto blaster and a selection of CD’s to play. Unfortunately, nobody uses CD’s anymore. A Bluetooth compatible device would be nice to offer. Location was great. Plenty of space for a group of people to be comfortable. Nice garage parking. Tight for two vehicles, but doable if they’re small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

The place was great. The bannister on the stairs was a little wobbly when we showed up. The bigger issue however, is that I received arrival information only after reaching out to the phone number listed. This includes receiving the actual address within no more than 24 hours of the date of arrival. We were two groups of people meeting in one location so having the address ahead of time was important to us.

200A vacation stay.
Adequate, but not as nice as pictures suggested. Tired and worn out property, definitely needs refreshing. Guest bed sagged, bedspreads torn and tattered, cookware really beat up, old dingy carpeting. Good location, and layout of unit very functional. Excellent rental support staff.

Thanksgiving in the mountains!
We enjoyed staying at this townhome and celebrating the thanksgiving holiday there It was near walking trails along the river and also a kids park. You could walk into the town of frisco also which was great. It was very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all.

The location is great if you’re hitting keystone ski resort and take the scenic route around lake Dillon. Place was easy to find and any questions we had the manager always picked up the first call regardless the time. It’s a cozy place for friends or family and only a short walk to town. However one of the toilets stopped working and the pots and pans in house should probably be replaced due to grease build up and old food still stuck on them. But other than that overall great place for the price

Most disgusting place I’ve stayed in years
Do yourself a favor and skip this space. While it was a good location the home was so filthy and full of animal hair that 4/5 of us ended up with severe allergic reactions. The bedding/ mattress had stark wet urine saturating it! The second night they “fixed” the situation by placing new cover and sheets on the soiled bed. They left the urinated on bedding in the closet of the room!!! The smoke detector was not operational and there was hair on every surface. The fans and air filters were so dirty I can’t imagine them being safe either. Gross gross gross! When I spoke with the property manager he told me “ I trust it didn’t ruin your stay too much “ Very disappointed.

We did a short notice rental. Summit Rental was great to deal with.
the garage floor needed some help, but our group did a good job of removing shoes at the back door so our mess was limited. The kitchen faucet needs some help too. It leaks a bit, loved the location and the beds were awesome

Perfect Colorado Retreat
Beautiful condo! Great location, extremely clean throughout, included everything we needed to comfortably stay for the week, ate in for all of our meals, and instructions couldn't have been more clear. Easy in and easy out. Overall, the property was very inviting and spacious and we had a great time. Would certainly return to stay here again!

This is an amazing home for out group! We’ll be sure to come back.
This location was perfect for our group! We had wildlife animals come on the property, plenty of snow for our ski trip. The garage was cleared of the almost 16” snow fall Thursday morning to Friday night. Big kitchen, family room, and master bedroom, we had 9 people but this location can fit at least 12 people easily
We will stay here again!
