「Absolutely LOVE the location of this place! Very clean, everything in working order and the place was tastefully decorated. We didn't get a chance to use the huge tub but it would have been very comfortable! The decks are wonderful and the skylight upstairs was a delight! We highly recommend!!! 」

「Wonderful condo/townhome steps from downtown Estes Park. The property was clean, with fresh furnishings, fixtures, and decor. When we arrived, there were several elk across the stream to welcome us to Colorado. My kids and I loved listening to the stream, and my son even did fly fishing in it (with/ a fishing license). This was really an awesome vacation rental, and we couldn't have been happier. I'd definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. 」

「Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. 「This property was well appointed with everything we needed and it was clear everything was well thought out. There was tons of space for our stuff, and the kitchen was easy to use and included all the items we needed. The balcony was so nice for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We saw elk and deer from the property, and it was so close to the park. The bed was comfortable as was the pull out couch, and the kitchen had filtered water and ice.
