Owner needs to leave a not saying how to turn on volume on TV control. It was on the side of the TV control 🙃would stay there again. 「The inside of the cabin was very dusty. The window seals, door, jams and baseboards were filthy. The light switches were black gunky filled. We did not dare turn on the heater because the vent area was so full of dust. It could catch on fire or induced respiratory distress. I found a very happy spider. There were abandoned appliances in the front of the cabin. Weeds and dead plants everywhere. Absolute crack town trailer park directly behind us. It is a poorly cared for property and we did not...

「Location was great; views were beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Parking “up top” was sometimes full, so we ended up having to park in lower lot and walk up to the top, which wasn’t a big deal to us since our whole reason to visit was to go hiking. As others have mentioned, the oversized furniture is a bit challenging, especially if you need to use the Murphy bed (which we did). But overall, would recommend if you want to spend your days enjoying RMNP and Estes Park.」

「The location of this place couldn’t be better. An amazing view, easy access to town and Rocky Mountain national Park. The space was small but adequate for crashing between adventures. This shower was a highlight, with great pressure. The steam feature was unique. My only real complaint was that the upstairs neighbors were very loud with their feet.」

「Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. Toiletries were basic, suggest avoiding them. No other amenities or...
