"We thought of dormitories being YMCA but was surprised that it was basically a hotel less a TV. We looked for a room and was surprised how nice it was and the price was reasonable for Estes. We well may go back later when we have more time. There were lots of elk on the property which is what I wanted to see."

"It was cozy and clean. The staff were super helpful and answered questions. Breakfast was good. They offered popcorn and s'more's, I was a very thoughtful gesture."

"Very beautiful and well maintained property with a kind and helpful staff. All new plumbing and flooring in the rooms, so super clean. The shower had good pressure and temperature, nice after a long day exploring. Good hot/cold breakfast items and coffee to start the day in the front building. The hotel is very walkable to the beautiful Estes Park which has a walkway that connects you to the downtown shopping district. Breathtaking views of the mountains along a lake and we lucked out and saw a ton of Elk on the golf course and stream."

"Great location in between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain NP entrances. The room light was very dim and the shower pressure had some issues, not like low pressure but more like a single mode: powerwash. The attached restaurant was very good."
Alpine Trail Ridge Inn

"Exceptional location. We were visiting RMNP and it was mere minutes from the park gate. There is an incredible restaurant within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was that the walls & ceiling were very thin. We could hear all of our neighbors."

"The breakfast area was not organized in an efficient manor. Guests were constantly moving around the area to get out of each others way."

"Very good . Comfy beds. No chair in room. Little bit tricky door lock and self check in , but got instructions and then easy."
