"Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended."

"This was a very clean with fun interior decorations.The rooms were spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was beautiful with new appliances and well stocked. The house is only a 5 minute walk to CSU's music department. There are four restaurants within walking distance.The host were very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again."

"Jill was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to all my questions. The house is super cute with lots of extra amenities included - bottled water and face wipes for our use. The beds are high and I had an elderly sister who struggled to get into them. But very comfortable. Great location within easy commute to CSU. I’d stay here again and encourage you to try it. "
