Frontenac Islands Hotel with Pool

"Rooms are disgusting. Dirty, smelly, poorly lighten. This hotel is poor kept and poorly managed. One employee was the only saving grace. Polite, compassionate and empathetic. I have not heard back from management. They $260 + a night not sure for what. They need to update their pictures on your website. "

"Excellent breakfast; nice pool and hot tub. we arrived early and we were able to check-in early. lots of shopping and restaurants close by. parking was a little scarce but that was due to many workers trucks and large vehicles that took up multiple spots, nothing that the hotel could have expected. "

"Breakfast is not included. I did get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of harbour, so that was nice. Location is great and if you're lucky to get water-facing the view of city hall and harbour are amazing."

"The waterslide was great, we just wished the pool area for swimming had been bigger. We requested adjoining rooms and thankfully our request was able to be accommodated. Overall we had a great time."
