“We just love the vibe. Very homey. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. The rooms are so lovely and inviting. I don’t have a favorite because they are all wonderful. ”

“Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!”

“Husbands, this is not the place! Was supposed to be 1 king and 1 queen bed, ended up with 3 beds all jammed together, so no sleeping together. The cost is too high to save a small amount. Heater was trash. Could literally see our breath when we got into the room. Toilet has vinyl decal “Flush the Damn Toilet!” So tacky and ghetto. ”

“The shower produced only a small drizzle of water pressure. We reported that to the front desk. We had to kind of run back and forth in order to get wet. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Did have an issue with the thermostat. At first it didn't work, we couldn't turn the temperature down so we ended up turning it off. Next morning I discovered the front plastic plate on the wall control was not firmly pushed in to the wall bracket. When I did that it seemed to work just fine.”

“The room is clean and new. Breakfast is superb. There is a small swimming pool and a hot spring pool. I will go back again.”

“Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and……
