"Nice hotel, staff was nice at check in. Room was great except temperature control. My room was 89 when I got in there when the temperature outside was 50. I turned it down from 74 to 60 but nothing happened. I tried again an hour later and changed the configuration to see if that worked. Nothing worked. I sweated all night at 83-89 degrees. When I told the staff, they were not helpful and wouldnt let me talk to a manager. They just said "its an old building and the heat is finicky". Not good enough."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Being in such a high traffic location, I thought it might show wear and tear but it did not. It was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I normally do in hotels. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean room - comfortable and spacious… undergoing a renovation so while it seems a little lack luster on the decor front (rooms, halls and lobby) I am sure it will be spectacular when finished!"

"We checked in early and they had no problems with that. Then we went in to the casino and notice all the restaurants. Great!! Played machines. Then decided to eat at 7:30PM. Of the 7 or 8 restaurants only 1 was open. It was an expensive restaurant that the cheapest meal was a burger for $25!!! Steaks up to $80. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes and couldn't get waited on. The bartender was rude. The front desk told us that on Mondays and Tuesdays the restaurants close down early. Why didn't they tell us that up front? We went to bed without eating a bit!!! Never will I go to that place again. Oh yes, 5 AM morning our coffee pot doesn't work. They have no coffee at the front and they do NOT serve any kind of breakfast. Why didn't anyone tell us about that!!! Poor poor hotel. Never again!"

"Loved staying here. It was a great atmosphere the rooms and restaurant/bar were great. The only downfall would be parking. "
