"Everything was easy start to finish. The property felt safe & secure. It was wonderfully private and quiet - even though we weren’t with our squeals of fun & laughter in the pool. The pool was a great size and clean. We had wonderfully hot weather with slightly cooler evenings and the property stayed lovely and cool inside. "We arrived with friends in one of the hottest heatwaves the region has experienced, thankfully to a wonderfully decorated and presented house with a refreshing swimming pool. We had a wonderful stay in Toulouse, had a minor issue with shutters but managed to resolve it with Yves and Roxanne remotely, they were very responsive. The area is perfect, short walk to the village for the bakers and the butcher's and the pizza shop was also very good. Will stay here again if we return to Tolouse"

"We had a lovely time at this wonderful villa. The accommodation was modern and clean, with great amenities. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time on the deck. The location is also great, with excellent access to many beautiful villages and towns. A terrific villa overall."

"Quiet location with plenty of small medieval villages and towns to visit. Car is essential. House was tidy with fantastic self catering facilities. Beds were comfy and great having ensuite bedrooms but lots of cobwebs indoors on walls and dust was gathered in clumps on the floor indoors. "I would say the photos don't do it justice, the house is amazing, the gym, the cinema room, great sized pool gardens, lots of choices for outdoor eating. Exceptional. The only thing to be aware of is this area of France is quiet, agricultural and we found it very hard to follow the French Gastronomic dream here, most villages Have no amenities' to speak of apart from the village has the most amazing Boulangerie. If you want to pop to a local bar or bistro its holy grail territory. But the house...

"This was a fantastic find, in a very quiet dwelling of villas in the the estates grounds The villa was extremely clean & had all the amenities to enjoy a great stay, all the staff were very friendly & made you feel welcome With restaurants & supermarkets on a 20minute drive away, also not getting the outstanding onsite spa, a must after a long drive or day out Would definitely recommend "
