Very clean, and the staff was very nice. Close to the airport, and there are buses to downtown, there was a locker room for luggage, and we were able to take a bus downtown without carrying extra stuff.

We booked a three-course dinner, full access to the spa for the duration of our stay, and a couples massage to enjoy a relaxing time and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. At check-in, I believed that everything had been paid for, including the spa access, just like the dinner. We were given bathrobes, which made us think everything was well organized and ready. However, the next day, when we were about to go to the spa, we were informed that toddlers are not allowed after 12 noon. This was not mentioned to us during check-in, and unfortunately, it disrupted our plans. As a result, we had to cancel our couples massage and dinner reservation. Instead, we drove to the nearest water park (Badeland) so that our toddler could still enjoy swimming. In my opinion, this issue could have been avoided if we had been properly informed about the spa rules during check-in and if staff had ensured that everything was clearly explained and in order. Instead of feeling relaxed and happy, we left feeling stressed and disappointed with our stay.

Rummet var inte så bra städat :( låg en chipspåse under sängen när vi kom.. vi trodde man var tvungen att boka rum vid separat byggnad när man reste med hund men förstod när vi kom att man hade kunnat bo med hund även i hotellbyggnaden.. detta hade uppskattats om informationen var tydligare vid bokning.. men god restaurangmat och hotellfrukost! Spaet var bra men inte superstort utbud.. överlag helt ok :)
