Prior to your arrival Ivana, the owner, messages you to give you information on how to get to the property and to see if you will need a car service set up. Upon arrival I was greeted by her lovely daughter Antonela who showed me to the room. Right from the start it was very apparent that there was a lot of love put into the property! “The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……
