“My husband and our two dogs stayed overnight at the Desert’s Edge. We had a great night! Desert’s Edge is the perfect place to stay! It’s far enough away from town that it’s quiet, but close enough to a wide range of food options. There’s a great area for dogs that is completely secure. You also have access to a walking trail along a creek, so if you like nature…this is the property for you! Also, the host is a wonderful artist, and there is gorgeous artwork everywhere in the house! “We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!”
