「I can’t say enough good things about Desert’s Edge. The property is lovely. The home is cozy, beautiful, and cool (it was HOT outside!). Karen is an outstanding host. The place had tons of local art that is available for purchase, which was awesome. Plus she provides tons of information about the community, trails, local stores (Lithic Bookstore was amazing!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!」

「This is our second stay at the Moon Farm. Stayed at the bunkhouse first time and the farmhouse this time. We had 10 people for the farmhouse and all fit very comfortably. We didn't even run out of hot water with 10 guys showering after biking! Suzanne was a great host and very responsive to our needs.」

「Good communication from Visit Fruita. We needed nothing from them, as the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything that it said it had. It is a bit out of town, but close to Kokopelli trails and relatively quiet. We enjoyed everything it had to offer!」

「The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. The location is perfect for golf or wineries and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We will be recommending it to friends and are already talking of a return!」

「The house was outdated but very clean and more than adequate. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit was not functional. It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Train House. The antiques and vintage decor was a delightful touch that added to the charm and comfort of our stay.
