“My family enjoyed a peaceful stay at this vacation rental. We combined business and personal vacation, each easily accommodated with the home space and amenities The home, location, and cleanliness was as promised and more! Communication with the hosts, check in, and check out was easy.
The only minor negative feedback, is that the mattresses in all bedrroms were quite firm. Obviously matress preference is subjective, and I would still highly recommend a stay here as will I consider this home……

“Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. We were especially pleased with the well-equipped kitchen -- so well-equipped that we were able to host an impromptu dinner party for some friends who coincidentally happened to be staying in Grand Junction.Our young Lab was at first nonplussed by the xeriscape yard, but was ecstatic to learn that there were nearby plots of grass maintained by the HOA.
