“The Carriage House is as described. Was a great place for my husband, mum, two pugs and I. We hosted two nights for dinner for our family we were visiting. It was a tight fit for the 10 of us but it was very cozy and fun. It had mostly everything we needed but when it didn’t, like a measure of cup, Andrew provided it. The fenced in yard was my favorite. We love in CA in a rural area where we can’t let our dogs out unattended. It was so nice to open the door and let them out. They loved the grass……

“Good communication from Visit Fruita. We needed nothing from them, as the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything that it said it had. It is a bit out of town, but close to Kokopelli trails and relatively quiet. We enjoyed everything it had to offer!”

“This home has some of the best views of the mesa and Colorado monument. It fit us 14 girls perfectly for a wonderful girls birthday weekend. Todd as the host was so amazing. He took the time to meet us there. Show us around the large home. Show us all the great improvements he has made to the house. Some of the furniture was just gorgeous-old antiques and some great modern appliances. If you forgot something, Todd has it. They have put so much thought and detail into this house. If we ever go to……

We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property.”

“We came to ride our sxs. The parking was ample for a truck and trailer. Bangs Canyon trailhead was conveniently located under 30 minutes away. We were only there for 2 nights but the place was comfortable and worked out just perfect for us.”

“The house was outdated but very clean and more than adequate. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit was not functional. It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional.”

“My husband and I were in Palisade for a few days for a wedding and LOVED staying here. The property was very clean, and everything is new and/or well kept. There were some really welcome touches like hair ties and lotion available. Some small snacks, coffee with fixings, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were shocked by the AC until because in our many stays in mountain towns AC is a rarity, BONUS!! Bed is comfy, owners are respectful of your privacy and there is parking……
