"Breakfast was very good. The wait staff on Friday were very good. On Saturday, the wait staff were good. Not extremely customer oriented. I had mentioned several times to the front desk over the phone that it was our 45th wedding anniversary. They took no notice. The room was good. The views are spectacular."

"We stayed here on 2 separate nights in 2 separate rooms. The bed in the second wasn't as comfortable but they were both clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were dated but what you would expect for a budget hotel. Could probably do with some more lighting as both rooms were quite dark."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge at Jackson Village! One of our favorite things was being able to walk down to the creek and having such a big backyard with plenty of grass for our dog to run around and enjoy himself. It was really nice having all that outdoor space. The breakfast was also great! They had waffles, eggs, potatoes, toast, and plenty of other goodies to choose from. The owners were very attentive without being overbearing. They weren’t necessarily the warmest or most outgoing, but they were never rude. They made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable, which we appreciated. We also really liked having sliding glass doors in our room. It made going outside super convenient, especially with our dog. Overall, we had a really nice stay and loved the peaceful surroundings. It’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with a dog!"

"The staff Sunny was very polite and was very helpful with everything, the room was very nice, the bed was so comfortable I slept all night, woke up rested, the stay was very nice."

"The rooms were very clean although the bathroom was very dated. Attractive grounds. Complimentary breakfast had some sort of flat egg substitute which was cold along with packaged sausages, also cold. However, the room rate was very reasonable and we were allowed an early check in."
