"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. "Excellent hotel with great services. Very comfortable room and good locations. Only one small thing that you need to keep in mind that the hotel is on top of the hill if you have a disability to walk steep hills, like me that I just had a surgery and unprepared for the steep walking. Other then that we were very happy with the hotel."

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. Although the dining room was closed for renovation, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and delivered to our room. We could enjoy our meals looking at Mt Fuji from our deck or from the room itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"We stayed at the hotel for one night. The property has a beautiful garden and offers enjoyable evening activities, including a traditional drum performance. We enjoyed the activities and entertainment during our stay. The dinner presentation was elegant and beautifully executed, making the dining experience very enjoyable. However, While the food was delicious, the portion sizes felt a little light for our appetite. Since we booked relatively late, the standard rooms may have already been sold out, and the only room available included access to the wine lounge. The wine lounge access was bundled into the room rate and could not be excluded. As we are not wine drinkers, we did not take advantage of the wine selection, although we did have some light snacks there after dinner. We traveled to the hotel by bus and then walked the remaining distance. According to Google Maps, it was only about a 15-minute walk, but parts of the route lacked sidewalks, making the walk less comfortable and somewhat inconvenient. We were unsure of our arrival time, so we did not reserve the hotel’s shuttle service in advance. Overall, we found the location a bit inconvenient without a car and ended up taking a taxi when we left. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s beautiful setting, unique activities, and quality dining experience."

"Honestly the highlight of our entire trip. One night and it exceeded every single expectation we had. The kaiseki dinner was absolutely brilliant. The in-room private onsen facing the lake was just incredible. And the staff were something else, so kind, so attentive, so genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time. One night was nowhere near enough but they made every moment of it count. 100% recommended. Do not even think twice about it."
