Apartment 'Wohnung Obergeschoss' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The apartment is approx. 62m² in size and is located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance in a semi-detached house on the landlord's property. This was completely renovated in 2022. Due to the stairs to the upper floor, please note that the pet should either be able to cope with them or should be carried.

On the ground floor there is a 2nd approx. 50m² apartment.

Since both apartments are rented with a dog and a socialized dog lives with us, there may be encounters, which have never been a problem so far. There are also 3 cats living on the property.

In the garden there is a double swing, a large trampoline (4.90m) and a pool, which can be used. There is one parking space per apartment directly at the property. Further free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.



The cost per pet is 10 euros per day.



The apartment is located in Petersdorf. It is approx. 400 m to the bathing area in the village and only 2 km to the beach of Lake Plau. Here you will find an ideal place to recharge your batteries, be it hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, canoeing or mushroom picking. Discover the untouched, protected forests on the shores of the lakes. The cycling and hiking trails are mostly well developed and also pass close to the property. The island town of Malchow is just 4 km away. Here you will find the usual shopping facilities and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there is a swimming pool, a riding stable, the bear forest and many other leisure activities. Visit the Barlach town of Güstrow with its Renaissance castle and many other art and cultural sites. The Hanseatic city of Rostock and other Baltic seaside resorts are also worth a day trip.
