The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the train station which is nice but it is hard to find because the facade looks nothing like the photos. The entrance is small and the staff were happy to take our bags as we arrived early and were quick to check us in (just before 3pm). The city taxes were calculated upon check-in. The room was small, dingy and not properly cleaned. I could see a makeup brush and a considerable amount of dust around the fridge area. It was humid outside and the air conditioning did very little to take the edge off. The shower and toilet were fine and the bed was comfortable enough for us to sit on whilst we booked alternative accommodation.

This hotel is located so close to Hakata Station that you can get anywhere you need to go to. It’s also close to a lot of temples and malls that are walkable. The staff are very nice and even help me ship a couple of packages. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!!

Perfect location. Very short walk (can go underground too) to Hakata Station. Easy link to MTR line and stations. Reasonable size room, not as tiny as standard Japanese business hotels. Overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially considering its convenient location near Hakata Station. However, the room size is extremely small, even by Japanese standards. Space is very tight, and it is difficult to properly open or fit a suitcase, which can be quite inconvenient for travelers with luggage. The bathroom is also compact but functional. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom, which made the experience less pleasant. Another downside is the lack of practical storage. There are no hooks to hang used towels, and no shelving or space to place clothes, which makes the stay less comfortable, especially for more than one night. In summary, it’s a budget-friendly option in a good location, but the limited space, lack of basic in-room facilities, and the bathroom odor may be a drawback for some travelers.

Having stayed at another Nest property which was amazing I was disappointed with this hotel. Room was compact and the bathroom inconveniently small. The lobby is very designed but was very messy with things all over reception, stickers on the walls in the elevators etc. great location near Hakara and reasonable value for money

This is a decent hotel for those on a budget, except we didn't even get budget prices during the December holiday season. Therefore, I don't feel the prices made sense for the experience. The hotel looks much cleaner in the photos. The walls and carpet were a bit dirty, but all else seemed cleaned. The room is tight, so it's hard to leave a large suitcase opened up, but it worked for us. As a couple, we stayed in a twin (2 bed) room. The location, however, is fantastic! It's a short walk to a conbini, Hakata station, and eateries nearby. The staff is also friendly and nice. Other perks: The hotel has 2 laundry machines. They also give free coffee/tea, but it starts at 11:30am, so we were only able to get it once.
