"Hotel is in great location. 7 mins walk from hakata station which is manageable. A 7-11 right opposite and walkable to canal city. There is a “bread and espresso” cafe for breakfast right next to the hotel.
Hotel Staff are very friendly nice with smile and helpful from the moment we checked in.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. You can tell they put a lot of thoughts into the details. Very clean and systematic hotel.
The room itself is very spacious compared to other hotels, you can definitely open two big luggages on the floor. I like the lighting of the room and temperature, making the vibe relaxing. Bathroom lighting is good enough for make up. Water pressure is decent but we prefer stronger. Toiletries are surprisingly good! Smells great and nice shampoo.
However, the pillow is very hard and stiff. The bed is not really comfortable for our likings as it’s too hard. The hair dryer is Panasonic but a bit too weak. And the big towels provided are not quite thick enough.
Despite all, it’s still a comfortable stay for one night of our trip."
