Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us at Candeo Hotels Fukuyama. We are so sorry to hear that our staffs` limited English made your stay inconvenient. You are always welcom to leave your luggage at our hotel before check-in and after check-out. As you said, it is a little bit far from station so we recommend our guests to take a taxi and it costs about 600 Yens.
