Emerald Residence
Everything was perfect. Except no plug in the sink and the water was very hot. So not able to mix water. Also not informed it was self check in till I got there . Easy once explained though

The Milner York
Staff excellent from check to departure. Arrived early so went to reception just expecting to register the car park but room was ready which was a bonus. Great meal in peacheys in the evening followed by a quality breakfast the following morning.

Very comfortable room and the hotel is in a perfect location to explore York. Malmaison York
The riom was immaculate, the staff was friendly except for the overnight reception. Was disappointed that the spa was nit open as that was the reason i booked. The restaurant was exceptional except for breakfast.
