Guests have access to every part of this house, the game room, and the backyard with its BBQ. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Plenty of space for adults and kids alike, for your relaxation and entertainment.

Street parking is not permitted at any time, and you will be responsible for any parking tickets resulting from a street parking violation. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.
Getting Around:
The house is close to many bus stops - you can take the OCTA bus to Disneyland Park. An Uber ride to Disneyland is only 10 minutes.

- **Quiet Hours**:
- Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- **Check-In Requirements**:
- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.
- **Smoking Policy**:
- NO SMOKING inside the home, including the game room, at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs.
- **Occupancy and Pricing**:
- Maximum occupancy is 15; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount.
- The initial daily price is for 10 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night; a maximum of 15 people is permitted.
- No additional visitors unless approved by the host. Minimum booking age is 21 years old.
- The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from others whom they invite to use the premises.
- **Security Measures**:
- Security surveillance cameras are installed around the outside perimeter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected.
- A noise monitoring device is installed in the backyard to monitor decibel levels; it only alerts the property managers when the level is higher than normal.

- No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on this property.
