Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit. My sister who was present calls it her "happy place." "

"The Cozy Cottage was indeed cozy. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire one of the nights but, I’m legally blind and had a difficult time getting back up to the cabin, a few lights to light the way to the bridge would help, just a suggestion. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have a bigger family, because there is plenty of sleeping space. Communicate between host and I was very prompt and friendly, making this a wonderful experience."
