The signs with added information of the history of the building was a nice touch as wells as the use of the oak barrel themes throughout. The hosts were responsive to messages and phone calls in a timely fashion. We visit Peoria often during the Bradley basketball season and would stay (and hope to stay) here again. ”

“This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. ”

“Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. ”
