“The location was okay, everything you would ever need was within a 15 minute drive. However, when I arrived at the apartment, there was hair all over the shower, hair on the comforter and in between the sheets, dried spilled liquids on the table and crumbs, an open bottle of coke in the fridge without a top, and a lovely fist shaped hole in the bedroom door.”

“For what it is, it's a good place for those needing a place to sleep. The aluminum single pane windows along University allowed a considerable amount of noise in, and because of the construction of the building, I was awaken by the snoring of the person in the apartment below, and I am NOT a light sleeper.Overall, worth the price.”

“We enjoy these units in the Cooperage. We have stayed in two different units on two different trips and really enjoy them. The style, location, and comfort of the units are great. We had a couple small hiccups with some amenities and the Vrbo renters quickly remedied them. We will definitely look to stay again.”
