“It was like a crack house in the area. Room was clean pillows were not good towels were thin no coffee maker in the room. So much dog feces on the property. You could barely walk. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The television wasn’t working. Moved us to a new room and the toilet made a horrible sound for about two minutes after flushing. Staff tried to be accommodating.”
