The coffee bar gets an A - a unique and welcome rental addition. The porch, fire pit, lake dock and golf cart were hits with everyone. Can’t ask for a better rental!”

“The house was very nice and clean. It is well stocked for all kinds of situations. I had a family gathering and this home was wonderful. I thought I had enough life jackets for all but I was one short and there just happen to be an extra in the ski room. The kids and adults enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water. The fire pit was great to get everyone calmed down so they could watch a movie and go to bed. The only thing we did not get to try was making some popcorn so hopefully next……

“House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. I tried calling the owner twice and the call was declined immediately both times. Owner called back 3-4 hours later only because I mentioned the dishwasher was full when I……

“We enjoyed our stay, each of our families had our own room, and we were a short walk away from the lake. The only issue we had was during Checkin, there didnt appear to be a checkin list with address, codes etc. Justin was very quick with responding once we reached out.”

First time my wife and I had ever tried this other than our own house. Which is like 30 minutes away. We had kids and grandkids coming from out of state like many.
