"Good coffee for stay "

"Morning breakfast is good with a lot of varity to choose from. However, we came down at about 10:40am as the section will end by 11am. The manager was politely asking us to finish up the food and leave the restaurant by 11:35 or 11:40 latest as they were about to start their lunch buffet. I believe this is not a very good practise at all. They should let those late coming guest know that the location will be ended at certain time so guest can know in advance. Other hotels can let the guest to complete their food there without being asked to leave the venue. This is a point that they can improve."

"優點：冷氣足夠，整潔，早餐滿意。 缺點 ：遠離地鐵站，需要200元押金雪櫃用品，反映對客人不信任，廁所有異味，早上九點半上20樓做gym,但廁所門鎖上，需要反房間。對於大品牌酒店是不接受。"

"Excellent location, it’s right above the Futian station, surrounded by many shopping malls, lots of restaurants of different cuisine. The room is spotless. Lots of delicious choices for hotel breakfast. Staff are very nice, welcoming and professional. Will definitely come back!"

"作為一間五星級酒店，員工的服務連兩星級的酒店都不如！！職員態度非常惡劣，完全沒有服務態度可言！ 辦理入住手續的時候，職員完全沒有主動詢問及解決問題，只會向我們索取確認碼。並沒有主動提供其他確認方法，浪費了很多時間。此外，在提供房卡後，完全沒有提供清晰的指示，導致我們去了東翼的電梯大堂，浪費了很多時間！！（那時已經是凌晨12點了）基本資料沒有提供例如早餐的時間及地點！ 職員缺乏培訓及應有作為五星級酒店的服務態度 我們一家十口對此感到非常失望！ "
