「This hotel is simply perfect. I don't understand why it's said to be three stars. İt is five stars. The room is very big, the bathroom is very big. Most importantly everything is very clean and the layout is great. The restaurant is amazing, spacious and relaxing. The choice of the breakfast is great. İmportantly for us we needed a safe parking space. The hotel has an underground, secure car park with a lift giving access to the hotel floors. We only stayed one night as a stop over, not to do...

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...
