“まったくホテルの人との対面はなく、全てメールでのやり取りのみ。手続きの段階で、宿泊者の登録をするよう、メールが届きますが、全て英語だったので（日本語の選択がない）、少し戸惑いました。 ホテル自体は、部屋をワンフロア貸切 暗証番号を入力して入室 部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、ハミガキはありました。 コーヒーはドリップバッグがありましたが、紅茶やお茶も欲しかったです。 快適な生活ができましたが、一つだけ、用意された布団一式の敷き布団が薄すぎです、寝られませんでした。 そこだけです、困ったところは。 あと、キャンセルができないのは、冬は体調を崩すことがあると考えた時、リスクも承知で予約しなければいけません。”

Easy and affordable tram ride from the train station drops you within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself is small, but contains everything youd need to stay while exploring the city. “This place was great for our family of four. The host was wonderful to work with. Extremely clear and prompt communication within minutes of messaging questions. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was really soft and nice. The couch unfolds into another full sized bed. I appreciated the extra blankets on nights when it’s colder. The shower area is quite nice. The entire place was clean and didn’t have a smell. I appreciated the English instructions on the washing……

“We had such a positive experience staying here. Highly recommend this apartment. Do be aware there is no elevator & you have 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit. Was not an issue for us. Place was clean spacious & the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see & do. ”

“The place was very clean in nice area , easy walk to peace park, shopping and ferry . Was a little hard to find location. My gps was not working and had to ask some locals where it was , eventually found it. Host had great communication. Would stay here again. ”
