Great Place!

Beautiful hotel! Service was great! The only downside is they allow smoking in the front entrances to the door so as you are walking in and standing inside you inhale a lot of smoke. The food was great! Pool location rooms perfect!

Great stay and clean room with a stunning view of the ocean. Hotel has a ton of great facilities including an outdoor pool. It’s in very close proximity to a few restaurants, tour companies, and public transportation.

Overall an okay hotel. Big rooms with full kitchen unit (didn't use it). The pool area is clean with lots of space. Breakfast buffet is huge with many different options to choose from. However, we had ants in our room which is a no-go for us. We think/hope this is just our room and nt others. Otherwise we would have given more stars.

Good view from the room! I stayed on the 12th floor and the view was stunning to the sea! The pool area is very calming and a perfect place to relax! Lots of variety for breakfast and very friendly staff.

This hotel is in a great location, but be prepared for lots of extra charges. While we enjoyed the beautiful setting, it felt like the hotel was overly focused on making money off guests. For example, we were charged €15 just to use the in-room safe, and €1 for each clean towel. Parking is €13 per night, which is fair, but many other small things quickly added up and made the stay feel more expensive than expected. A bit more transparency and value for the price would go a long way.

We had a lovely room at this hotel. Bit disappointed that there were only teabags provided in the room - would have been nice to have some coffee and milk. View was good but there is some building work going on next door at the moment so you can hear a-lot of drilling. Good location for restaurants. Good selection of food and drink available at the pool bar. All staff very happy and helpful.

It was pretty okey.

Room was basic and comfortable. You can hear everything from coridor. You have to pay 5€ pp for spa. Breakfast was very good. People at reception was very friendly and helpful. :)

Everything was great, accept front desk receptionist rejected our request about higher floor and nice view and tried to offer us lower floor with no privacy. In our request we mentioned about our 45 years marriage celebration, but front desk ignored our request

deceived by the description and photos

very unreliable description and photos, they said that is 200m to the beach but didn’t mentioned that it’s in straight line - if you want to go by walk is about 10 min (1km). we booked the room with partial view of sea (photos connected to the room was quite different, than the room we got) but in fact we had another building in front of our balcony, breakfast it’s rather industrial food, we ordered prepared on place omelette, but it was without taste, terrible

Bom, bonito e confortável. Mas grande e cheio.

O Hotel é muito bom e bonito, além de muito bem cuidado e limpo. As comodidades e áreas comuns também são muito boas, como as piscinas, o bar do lobby, etc.. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e também bonito e útil. Como pontos fracos, para mim apenas o pequeno-almoço: não gostei muito do local em que é servido, e da própria comida em si; além de pouca variedade, não é das mais saborosas (apesar de não ser ruim). Além disso o pequeno almoço reflete outro ponto que não gostei do hotel, mas que é algo estritamente de gosto pessoal: seu tamanho. Muito grande, muita gente em toda parte, pouco aconchego. Para quem gosta desse tipo de hotel, não irá se incomodar. Àqueles que, como eu, preferem hoteis menores, podem ter algum incomodo com isso. Mas não afeta a estadia em si, que foi no geral muito positiva.

Great Hotel perfect location

4 day break hotel check in flawless facilities all good with covid measures in place Room cleaned daily no issues. Breakfast good choice hot and cold and as always covid measures in place but not intrusive evening entertainment live band or singer at lounge bar nice touch but like always the staff made the stay always on hand with great tips or assistance and i will definetely be visiting again on my return to Maderia

Breath of fresh sea air

The hotel is perfectly placed to experience the theatre of the Atlantic Ocean meeting the dark lava rock that surrounds the natural pools. The rooms and restaurant all face the ocean. Free towels and pool access for guests make it inexcusable not to enjoy the warm salt water pools. Everything else is good.

Excellent hôtel

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, avec un accueil très chaleureux. Très beau lobby et chambres confortables et très propres avec jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié et de qualité.
