“Outstanding spectacular ”

“Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the……

“Als wir gebucht haben, war es noch 18 . Im Pool spielende Teenager waren nach 12 -Einführung zwar erlaubt, aber bei einem so kleinen Pool war schwimmen dann nicht mehr so leicht möglich. Abgesehen davon war es eines der besten Hotels die je hatte und würde auch wieder hinfahren. ”

“We had a great stay at the hotel, food and drinks were excellent. Was very clean and today. However, overall service was lacking particularly on reception and front of house at restaurant. Biggest downside for us was the terrible pillows, we asked for more and they were just as bad, wafer thin.”

“We loved the contemporary style of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and this applied to reception, waiting staff and housekeeping. The location was perfect, a few minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative would be that the menu was rather limited without much choice for dining in the evening which was a pity as we would have……

“This was a very sweet property owned by a family as it was their grandparents former home. Now run by 2 sisters who are lovely and kind, this charming home has multiple rooms and quaint grounds. Our room was. Wet spacious with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room and mint refrigerator and amenities. Everyone on the property was kind and helpful with a smile. Specifically--Aina (manager) -Gema (breakfast), she is Aina's sister. -Raquel (reception) -Cynthia (breakfast assistant) -Stalin……

“Nice and quiet environment excellent for relaxing and walking”

“Everything was great. Highlight was location. Only improvements would be if they provided a bottle of water in the mini fridge and if there was room service to get a drink at night”
