“Beautiful place”

“We were in town for a concert at walnut Creek. A short 12 minute drive from the venue. A great little condo with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.”

“This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited.”

“No hot water, no heat or a/c, dirty(food/dust ect), bed broken, chair broken and both were hidden and not disclosed. Had to ask for WiFi but got it too late to even bother with. WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. Ended up leaving early and cutting trip short because of the issues and lack of attention to issues. Never got a refund either. But got cc……

“The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable.”

“No complaints! The host was very responsive and friendly. Everything was laid out in the instructions for us. The place was clean. The kitchen had all the basics needed to prepare a simple dinner. We had 6 people stay and we all had plenty of room. The condo is in an apartment complex but no one bothered us and everyone we interacted with was nice. Like the host disclaimed in the description and we were expecting- we did notice a cigarette smell that was the strongest in the singular bedroom……

“I stayed for 9 nights while in the area working. The condo was immaculate. Very clean! Kathy was wonderful with thorough instructions prior to arrival as well as detailed information located in condo which made for a seamless stay. The labeling throughout the condo was an unexpected treat that was very useful during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing quaint downtown restaurants and enjoyable evening walks. “The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. ”

“We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. About a 15 minute walk to campus. A nice comfortable home away from home without being crammed in a hotel room. We……
