The Cottage Charmer is centrally located & walkable to restaurants, bars & more in Five points! Pet friendly and spacious, this condo is fully updated & quite charming! You will love the open concept living, w/2 large king bedrooms, TVs, ceiling fans & mirrored closets! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and tons of outdoor space! The neighborhood is charming, safe and close to NC State, Downtown, Glenwood south, RDU and more! Perfect for gathering, & relaxing! You will love the Cottage Charmer!


The cottage charmer has a wonderful is situated in a walkable charming neighborhood, five points which is the perfect location to everything in Raleigh! And you will love the open layout in the end unit condo which is bright and cozy with the living room and kitchen all open for comfort! The two bedrooms are large with king beds, and mirrored closet doors with smart TVs ceiling fans and high speed wifi! And the renovated bathroom right in between the bedrooms! The kitchen is fully stocked. You will not need a thing and enjoy your front porch for relaxing or even the back area which is wonderful to enjoy together and relax!

This unit is bright and airy and is super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars right next-door!!!! Walk to several restaurants down the street including Mami Nora’s , the best Peruvian food around, Chido Taco, High Park Bar and Grill, House of Hops, Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar, and the best coffee shop and more!
Grab a quick 5 minute Uber ride to downtown, Glenwood South, and Village District/NC State U!
Parking is a breeze with free street parking located in front of the condo.

Long Weekend In Raleigh For Galaxy Con

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean and just as cute as the pictures. We came to Raleigh for the Galaxy Con weekend and this was in a great location, only a ten minute ride to downtown. Would definitely book this property again!

Cozy space, beautiful neighborhood, great proximity

I stayed here with my son and he loved being here. The space is very homey and cute. I love to cook and I was very impressed with the cooking utensils available. The space has all the things you would need to feel at home, to cook, wash clothes, enjoy a book and some tea! When issues arose with the property, the property manager was on it quickly. Very responsive, kind, and attentive. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.
