As first-time visitors to Shenzhen in over 25 years, we had difficulties using Alipay and WeChat Pay. The reception team was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding us through the process. One evening, a kind receptionist even helped us order and pay for our meal when we were unable to do so ourselves. Her kindness made our stay especially memorable.
To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a lovely fruit basket and a complimentary room upgrade. The staff also went above and beyond by assisting us with urgent late-night laundry service before our next trip.
