「the bed was not very good」

「Wonderful stay and friendly helpful staffing team ! Great breakfast too !」

「Excellent all-round. The location is great -- very close to the airport and to Hakata Station. Rooms are small but larger than in APA hotels in Tokyo. The staff in the restaurant where the breakfast is served were particularly friendly and helpful.」

「good location, comfortable room.」

「Very nice service and convenient location」

「The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.」

「Nice place and staff, my favorite hotel in Fukuoka.」
