“Great location opposite a supermarket and only a short 8-10 minute walk to the station.Our host was great with communication and quick to respond to questions.The area is very pretty and locally authentic.The living area was spacious for Japanese standards and the host provided welcome snacks and cold water bottles in the fridge. “Perfect location for visiting Temple University campus. 5 minutes from the train station. Surrounded by great restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores. Terrific apartment style layout with 2 separate bedrooms and relatively large open area with kitchen, dining, and living room. ”

“1人で約5日間滞在しました。部屋が新しくて綺麗でした。個人的にいちばん嬉しかったのは洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、さらに干す為のハンガーと吊り下げの洗濯バサミがあったことです。駅も近く、坂も少ないため大きなスーツケースで移動するのも苦ではありませんでした。近くに商店街があり、薬局やコンビニ、飲食店も豊富です。騒音もなく、苦にならない程度の人通りがあるところのすぐ近くなので治安もよく、夜でも安心して外を歩くことが出来ました。壁床が薄目なので大きな音を立てると響きやすいこと、チェックインの時部屋の鍵が入っている箱を見つけるのに手間取ったこと、玄関が狭いのが少し注意点です。 欠点を含めても、値段以上の質が担保されていると感じました。 品川周辺で用事がある時はまた利用したいです。”

“The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. ”

“My boyfriend and I (both 18) stayed here for 9 days during our trip to Japan and had a great experience. The space was small, but it had everything we needed. The futon bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a balcony and access to a washer. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. There were plenty of delicious food spots nearby, all within walking distance. It was very clean and met all our needs perfectly. Would definitely……
